Bold Patterns, Little Spaces

When it comes to color and pattern, balance is key. Because I’ve lived in rented apartments since college, I’ve been surrounded by white walls for a good 3.5 years now. I don’t mind it, they’ve always been well kept, bright and clean. But lately I’ve been noticing all of the fantastic patterned wallpaper available these days! Many of them would be completely overwhelming in large amounts but I think they’d work really well tucked in a little nook, closet, entryway, cupboard… any tiny space, really. Here are a few spaces that speak to me!

I’ve been lusting after that navy & white zebra paper ever since I saw it in Domino many moons ago…funnily enough I featured it on my blog last week! The universe must be telling me it’s time I finally ordered some…
