. This girl in the picture is exactly how I felt this morning… ever feel like you need a weekend from your weekend?
Monarose added these words on Jun 21 10 at 1:53 pmI’m sorry to hear about your weekend – having any of one’s belongings stolen always feel terrible and gross! I hope that it wasn’t too much of a loss and that you’ll be able to set everything straight sooner than later!
As for the rest of it, dancing sounds like fun! Mind if I ask where you went? I always seem to have a hard time finding a place…
Helena - A Diary of Lovely added these words on Jun 21 10 at 2:08 pmpout as much as you want, I would be so annoyed, sorry to hear about that
Hope you are having a nicer day xoxo
Krystal added these words on Jun 21 10 at 2:27 pmYou have every reason to pout, I would feel so violated! Jerks indeed.
Kate added these words on Jun 21 10 at 2:36 pmhi monarose! we were at the loon downtown. we’re usually in uptown- but we go there when we want to dance because it isn’t too crowded. the dj is great as well!
but keep your purse near by if you go!
josephine added these words on Jun 21 10 at 3:13 pmthe photo represents exactly how i felt this morning! i just could not bring myself to wake up on time.
i didn’t have anything stolen over the weekend, but i had a seriously awkward encounter than i’m still trying to recover from.
Haydee added these words on Jun 21 10 at 3:30 pmOh Kate, that really sucks! You must feel so violated! You have every right to sulk about it today, but also very smart to know to pull yourself together again tomorrow so that the a**holes of the world don’t win:) Hope you feel better!
Michelle added these words on Jun 21 10 at 4:19 pmThat’s horrible! Do you have MobileMe??? You can find your iPhone anywhere that way… If you don’t already have it, you should try it, I couldn’t live without it. I hope everything works out, and it is deff good news that you got to hold on to your clutch!!
Name ginny branch stelling added these words on Jun 21 10 at 6:05 pmOH HECK NAW! what jerks!!!! i’m so, so sorry! if i had seen it happen, i would have knocked them upside the head with MY purse. which weighs as much as a couple of bricks. sorry that happened!
Sasha {Everything Fabulous} added these words on Jun 21 10 at 6:54 pmohh no sorry to hear that Kate!!! I can totally relate to the fact that what really gets to you is the fact that there are people like that more than the trouble of credit card, etc…!!
Hope all feels better tomorrow!
Mereedith added these words on Jun 21 10 at 11:05 pmHow terrible! A couple years ago, we were in Madison for New Year’s Eve and a lady stole my coat (with my driver’s license in it)!!! She was wearing it around the bar, so I found her, but she was drunk enough to have the gall to tell me she’d have to think about giving it back to me because she wasn’t sure it was mine (though she admitted it wasn’t hers). Gah! Not quite the same, but I totally understand your frustration. You could even give yourself a few hours tomorrow to pout about, and be completely justified in my opinion.
Annie added these words on Jun 22 10 at 1:22 amOh how awful – ugh there are some really revolting people in the world! Sending you good Monday vibes!
claudia bravo! added these words on Jun 22 10 at 8:28 ami had my purse stolen this weekend too! i learned my lesson the hard way to not leave me purse in the car… even if i think it’s hidden. they used my debit card, and two credit cards… they went to wallgreens and kmart… how classy. my iphone is also gone and so are my two id’s that where in there… more than anything it makes me sad to know there are such dishonest and lazy people out there. i am sorry that you had your stuff stolen this weekend too.
