Let’s Toast- to Toast!

Let’s talk about toast. I love the stuff. Toasted, grilled, fried, freshly baked, you name it and I’m all over it. Yet, what I like most about toast is how handy it is. Toast is basically a tasty vehicle delivering a variety of different toppings and flavors to your mouth, all in a nice portion-controlled size. I mean really! The possibilities are endless here!

I’ve been enjoying fancy toasts a lot lately (all my Instagram followers are giving a sarcastic nod/eyeroll to this)- so I thought it was time to share my favorites with y’all.

Enjoy!

1. Avocado, honey, red pepper, sea salt
2. Roasted grapes, ricotta, olive oil, thyme, sea salt
3. Roast salmon, goat cheese, truffle oil, dill
4. Nutella, pears, cracked pepper, honey

You’d love TOAST- a tasty little restaurant in East Perth, Western Australia. They love toast nearly as much as I do. http://toasteastperth.com/

I love toast too! My husband is from Ireland, and they love toast, so there must always be bread in the house for toasting. I like your roasted grapes toast- fantastic!

To toast! This post is brilliant. I love avocado on toast but never thought to add honey, will have to try that. I’m not a big fan of ricotta, but I love goat cheese topped with tomatoes and broiled, or goat cheese topped with mashed berries. Like woah.

That makes my decision on what to have for lunch very difficult. Really, I think I’ll have the first three today, tomorrow, and Saturday.

I’ve officially stopped making sandwiches…it’s mostly just me opening up my sandwiches and eating each side separately.

favorite will always be toast w/ almond butter and honey

I love toast! So much that I have a toast-shaped cutting board that I eat my toast on. Love your toast recipes too! One of my recent favorites is wheat toast w/ peanut butter, a slice of grapefruit, drizzled with honey and sprinkled with cinnamon!
