we are wrapping up in mendocino this afternoon and heading back to sf for two more days. i’m a little sad to be leaving this place, all of the fresh air and sunshine has felt so, so good. we’re working hard to reward ourselves with some shopping, eating, and exploring in the next two days.

i can’t get enough of these tranquil images. using shades of white and ivory aren’t just a trend for interiors, you can find the soft shades used everywhere from printing techniques, to identity systems, to couture fashion.

i am one of those girls who thinks cloudy days are the most romantic kind. so it isn’t surprising that these moody ocean side images from feaverish photography pull at my heartstrings a little bit.

i ordered this piglet print at 20×200 (right at the end of the spending hiatus- whoops!). i’ve been a fan of photographer Sharon Montrose for quite sometime so I was eager to own a print of my own.
